2. Eligibility

Intentionally disconnect from matches or engage in match-throwing
Impersonate SkillIssue.pub staff, other users, or any third party
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's infrastructure
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Platform
Post, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
Sell, trade, or transfer accounts to third parties

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
Subscription access is personal and non-transferable
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice
Your subscription does not entitle you to any guarantee of uptime or uninterrupted service

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of SkillIssue.pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the Platform or its users. Accounts may be terminated without prior notice in cases of severe violations. No refund will be issued for suspended or terminated accounts.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillIssue.pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any loss of data, rank, or in-platform currency.
